Bangalore builds downwards. Tech parks along the Outer Ring Road, Whitefield and Electronic City routinely carry two to four basement levels, and many of them sit on former lake beds or beside storm-water channels where the water table rises sharply during the rains. Add expansive clay pockets, rock at shallow depth in some zones and long dewatering periods during construction, and below-grade waterproofing becomes the single most consequential decision on the project.

Yes. From our Marathahalli office we cover the whole city and its outskirts, including Whitefield, Sarjapur, Electronic City, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Kanakapura Road and the ORR corridor. A first inspection can usually be scheduled within the same week.
b.Can you help a housing society with a leaking basement or terrace?

Yes. We start with a diagnostic inspection, including thermal imaging where useful, then prepare a repair specification, BOQ and tender document so the society can compare quotes on equal terms. We can then supervise the repair and certify the work.
c.Do you execute the waterproofing work yourselves?

No. SIWIN Consultants is an independent consultancy. We design, specify, evaluate applicators and supervise, but we do not apply products or sell materials. That independence is the point.
